Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to return/exchange.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault.
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
· Returns must be post marked within 15 days of the receipt.
· Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
· Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer representatives to get it).
· Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
